I specialise in Senior management, Senior sales and headhunting directors .

I have built my career to a senior level in banking and real estate over the years. 

My last position was as a Sales Director for a real estate firm. I have created and improved businesses that have been heavily focussed in a sales environment dealing with many senior-positioned staff and company owners, acting as a consultant to overhaul companies and increase profitability. 

I specialising in sales and thrive in these areas of business with a passion to succeed which I put into every relationship I have with my clients. 

I have trained and recruited people with the same ambition and drive as myself. The skills I have collected throughout my career have now placed me in an ideal position to headhunt the best people across the senior sales industry.

 My ethos is listening to my clients and their exact needs to find the ideal person who fits the role. I get the greatest amount of satisfaction when I place a candidate in a role that is above and beyond what you would have expected.
